Working on Council with Tim Howard

"Since I’ve known Tim I have had the pleasure of watching him evolve into an exceptional leader.  As a Palmyra resident it’s reassuring to know that we have elected officials like Tim who look at all aspects of the decisions he makes - not just for the residents that vote for him, but for the town as a whole.  As a colleague, Tim sets the bar high.  There will always be disagreements between council members on how to go about solving issues in our town, but with Tim I know we can have an open and honest conversation, and that he’s listening.  I can’t recall a time where I’ve taken a stance on something and Tim, whether he agrees or not, has not respected and discussed it with me.  We have a mutual respect that I hold in high regard and I’m proud to serve with him and call him my friend."
