COUNCIL

Bernadette Russell has lived in Palmyra since 1987, where she and her husband raised three accomplished children. Always an active member of our community, she currently serves on Borough Council. Previously, she served on the Palmyra School Board as a Certified Board Member, chairing the Policy committee, and as a member of the Buildings and Grounds Committee. She is also a member of Sacred Heart Church where she is a Catechist working with special-needs children. She currently works as a science teacher in Winslow Township School District.
