Candidate for Council

Jessica’s robust background includes a 13 year affiliation with the U.S. Marine Corps, nearly 5 of which were active duty service, an insurance producer’s license, undergraduate and graduate degrees, and a Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University School of Law. Licensed to practice law in both PA and NJ, she started in private practice before returning to government service at a State executive branch agency where she’s been since 2019. Jessica has been a member of the Palmyra Land Use Board since 2019, first as an alternate member and then as full member. She and her husband, Tom, have a three-year-old son, and love the life they’ve created together in Palmyra.
